Does a business website include an online store?
A standard business website does not include an online store. If you need to sell online, we offer Shopify store setup as a separate paid service — with delivery in up to 48 hours for standard stores.
Is a Shopify store included in the no-development-fee model?
No. Setting up a Shopify store is a professional paid service, entirely separate from our business-website builds. The no-development-fee model applies to business websites only.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and the content is yours. We provide the build and the hosting, not ownership.
What happens if I want to move to another hosting provider?
Tell us and we hand over the site files. There is no exit fee and no lock-in period.
